BULLET
you plant a demon seed
you raise a flower of fire
see them burning crosses
the flames get higher and higher
you plant a demon seed
you raise a flower of fire
see them burning crosses
the flames get higher and higher
Name: Bullet
Age: Almost five.
Breed: Very much a mutt.
Eyes: Brown.
Body: Thin, wiry frame - about medium height and weight, with short fur and sharp, angular features.
Gender: Female
Personality: Sharp-witted and cunning, she is an excellent strategist and logical thinker. Unfortunately, she also happens to be malicious, power-hungry, and bloodthirsty. Despite (or, perhaps, because of) her smaller stature, she tends to be very confrontational and dominating. There are few occasions where she allows others to take the lead, and even when she does she can't help but interject her opinions - loudly. Sometimes considered obnoxious by others, Bullet thinks of herself in only the highest regard - pride will be her downfall.
History: She used lead a pack in a far-off town, but had to leave her home behind when the city called a round-up of all the strays in the area. Bullet was captured and caged, then escaped the animal shelter by digging under a fence when they allowed her outside to run around. Knowing herself to be as good as dead if they ever caught her again, Bullet ran for the nearest city to make her new home - the one without humans. It was perfect, and she quickly settled into a nice existence for about a year.

Rank: Loner.
Other: Heathen's unwanted "caretaker", so to speak. She brings him food and listens to his rants, and has an odd fondness for the much larger dog.

CODA

Name: Coda
Age: Just over a year.
Breed: Mostly Australian Shepherd, but not completely. Her "mutt" heritage is unknown.
Eyes: Brown, with split-heterochromia blue in the right eye.
Pelt: Chocolate brown base coat with tan and white merle markings. Her face is one-third merle.
Gender: Female.
Personality: Earnest, caring, and, at times, a bit naive. She has an incessant need to do something with her life, become something better than she is, and she seems to subconsciously looking for another canine that could show her how to succeed. Her biggest fault is probably her trusting, co-dependent nature - if she finds someone that she connects with, she will doubtlessly become devoted to them. As her personality, strengths, weaknesses, and wants become more clear to her, she will figure out whether or not her place is in a pack, and what role in that pack she might be fit to take, or if perhaps she's better suited for the life of a loner.
History: Coda had been a traveler all her life - even as a pup, her mother and she had traveled from city to city, scavenging and, occasionally, killing small prey. Her entire existence seemed to be a constant, aching hunger, painfully scratched paw-pads from too much walking on concrete, and exhaustion. They were constantly being chased off by humans, sometimes they were even shot at and kicked, and Coda's mother always expressed a hatred for the two-legged creatures that seemed to control everything. Coda had never asked why, but she assumed it had something to do with her father. Everything else did.
When word got to them that there was a city completely without mankind, with vacant shelter for them to dwell in, Coda's mother was thrilled. They started out on their quest to find it immediately, taking more rural routes so as to sharpen their hunting skills (there would be no trash to scavenge through, after all) and they traveled for what seemed like forever to Coda, who wasn't quite old enough to have learned patience yet.
Unfortunately, during a hunting session, her mother and her got separated from one another. She stayed in the general area for a few days, but there was no sign of her mother and she was still too young to properly track down another dog.
Figuring that, no matter what, her mother would still follow the trail to the city, Coda went ahead without her. When she finally arrived about a week later, however, her mother was nowhere to be found.

HEATHEN

pray, and the heathen lie
will disappear...
Name: Heathen
Age: Four years.
Breed: Irish Wolfhound
Eyes: Dark orange-brown.
Body: Like others of his breed, Heathen is tall (About three feet) and lanky, with a somewhat stockier greyhound-shaped body. His fur is coarse and wiry, and tends to give him a look of being unkempt and careless.
Gender: Male.
Personality: Very much unlike his Wolfhound nature, Heathen is exactly what his name implies - a heathen, a demon, and a generally malicious figure. He is likely to snap at any given moment, and he occasionally has conversations with "voices" in his head, out loud, making him seem more than a little insane. He's a bully, but a fearless bully, and he's long since stopped feeling guilty about the things he's done and those he's hurt.
History: Raised in captivity from birth, Heathen was born with an odd personality quirk that no one could suspect from a Wolfhound - a breed generally thought of as gentle and caring. He was bloodthirsty. He frequently hunted and killed small animals that would wander into his yard - including cats and smaller dogs - and bring them to his family as if it was a pleasant gift. As he grew larger, he started killing larger things and, eventually, he killed his own owner.
Threatened with the possibility of euthanasia, Heathen ran from the town in which he'd lived and into the forest, where he contentedly hunted and killed things without repercussions. Eventually, he found himself in the human-deserted City, and has lived there for the past two years.

Mate: (None)
Rank: Loner.
Other: During particularly bad moments, he's taken care of by Bullet, the smaller (but older) mutt. The attention is unwanted, and he sometimes feels that Bullet has connected herself to him because of her need to boss others around, and her need to have others need her.
